Soon after graduation, Johnny joined the school as the Service Desk Coordinator and worked part time behind the chair. Johnny then became the Cutting Specialist for the Santa Barbara school until they closed in 2016. Johnny currently works behind the chair as well as a part-time Education Leader for Paul Mitchell the School Sherman Oaks.

She became an educator with Paul Mitchell over 9 years ago and has held the roles of Color Specialist, Clinic Floor Lead, and Barber Lead Educator. She is continuing her career as our Education Leader.

Magali started her journey in the beauty industry in 2015 where she attended makeup school specializing in special effects and beauty makeup as well as makeup prosthetics. She was an assistant and had amazing opportunities to work on film sets, photo shoots and beauty campaigns. In 2018 she went to cosmetology school and found her love for working behind the chair as well as educating. At the school you can find Magali passionately teaching all things but her greatest passion lies in makeup and spa services.

Harmony is homegrown from Paul Mitchell the School Temecula in 2018. After graduating she began doing hair on set for independent films. She then worked at drybar and an independently owned salon for a few years. Shortly after, she found her love for teaching at the Aveda Institute Los Angeles before becoming a Learning Leader at Paul Mitchell the School Sherman Oaks.

Veronica’s family has been in the salon industry since she was a small child. She was first licensed as a manicurist in 1999 then returned for her cosmetology license in 2012. Shortly after that she received her barbering and AA degree in cosmetology. Her devotion to her job has motived her to share all the information she’s learned throughout the years with the future professionals. Her favorite part about teaching is watching the students’ progress and succeed on their own.
